Whole-cluster fermented for a peppery, savory edge. A favorite with anything off the grill, especially smoked brisket or roasted mushrooms.

Our softest, most approachable red — aged three years before release. A good introduction for guests who find Cabernet too firm.
Green Apple · Toasted Oak · Brioche
Barrel-fermented with weekly stirring for a round, creamy texture. Bright acidity keeps it food-friendly — try it with roast chicken or a soft-ripened cheese.
Honeysuckle · Apricot · Stone Fruit
Aromatic and unoaked, fermented cool to preserve its floral, stone-fruit character. A tasting-room favorite for guests new to white wine beyond Chardonnay.

A tasting-room favorite every summer. Whole-cluster pressed for a pale color and a crisp, dry finish — best served well-chilled on the patio.

Our tasting room is open Friday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm, with weekday visits available by appointment. A standard tasting flight is $20 per person, waived with any bottle purchase.
